 WebTunnel is a unique online system designed to make your web 
 access faster, more secure, more convenient and less expensive. 
 It allows

 The WebTunnel system has two parts:

 The WebTunnel server surfs the web for you while your PC is 
 offline. The files you request are packed into a compressed 
 archive and sent to your mailbox. 

 The WebTunnel client runs on your PC and takes care of fetching 
 and preparing the files delivered by the WebTunnel server for 
 fast offline browsing. 

 Whole sites can be fetched in one sweep and stored for later 
 reference. You control size limits and the number of links to 
 follow. You can request text-only retrieval and even have 
 potentially dangerous scripts automatically removed.

 Consider the advantages of this approach: No idle online time 
 is wasted while you're browsing (you do that offline), no time 
 is wasted requesting every single file to be downloaded (that's 
 done by the WebTunnel server) and since you have a direct line 
 to your ISP, all network bottlenecks causing typical direct 
 download rates of 1-2 kB per second are avoided. At last, your 
 online ramp can run at full capacity, easily increasing the 
 effective download speed by several hundred percent! And since 
 your PC only connects to the WebTunnel server and to your 
 mailbox, not to the servers hosting the sites you download, your 
 anonymity and system security are never compromised.
 
 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: MS Windows 9x or NT. IE 4 or higher. 
                      Internet connection allowing WWW access. 
                      Standard POP3 mail account.

 INSTALLATION: Run SETUP.EXE, then follow the setup instructions
               in the Help file.
